Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Franchise Health AI™ services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Our Services
We provide a white-label AI Practice Operating System designed for healthcare practice owners, including AI agents, automation, websites, and onboarding support.
Subscriptions and Payments
Founders Program requires a one-time fee plus an ongoing monthly maintenance fee. Monthly tiers are recurring subscriptions. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Refunds & Cancellations
The Founders one-time fee is non-refundable after access is granted. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited license to use our platform and white-label materials. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the core technology.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is". We are not liable for medical decisions, patient outcomes, or indirect damages. AI agents are tools to support, not replace, professional clinical judgment.
HIPAA Compliance
You remain responsible for your own HIPAA compliance. We maintain appropriate safeguards for any Protected Health Information we process on your behalf.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
